We are inviting your classroom into our family farm to provide you with a glimpse into farming almonds; through lesson plans, zoom chats, videos and more we will take your classroom on a virtual field trip throughout the year.
Now accepting classes for the 2024-2025 school year. We will only be booking NOW through September 1st.
What’s Included?
2 zoom calls/facetime chats with almond girl- Harvest time & bloom season
2 ag in the classroom complimentary lesson plan packets for grades 3-5 (multiple lessons per packet)
Almonds for a classroom tasting
All materials, adoption certificate & almonds mailed to your classroom
An investment in your classroom agriculture learning experience
Who Can Sign Up?
Lessons plans are curated for Grades 3-5. That being said, we have has classrooms from Kindergarten to 6th grade participate as well, some material will need to be adapted to their level.
A teacher, homeschool, school program, parent who wants to gift to their classroom….Any educational group wanting to learn more about the life cycle of almonds and farming process involved in growing almonds.
